We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytical candidate for the "Executive - HR (Factory)" position. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Experience in Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry is mandatory.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for factory employees, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and completing all necessary recruitment steps.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the ERP system, ensuring proper documentation and data accuracy.
Operate the ERP software for HR administration, ensuring smooth integration of personnel, payroll, and attendance systems.
Perform factory-level administrative activities such as drafting transfer letters, updating templates, maintaining employee records, and reviewing HR policies periodically.
Support the onboarding and orientation process for factory workers and junior staff to ensure proper integration into the organization.
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
Prepare and update the factory manpower budget and generate regular HR reports for management.
Follow up on appointment letters for new hires and conduct exit interviews for departing employees to gather feedback and insights.
Ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to employee transfers, salary increments, promotions, separations, and other HR processes.
Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements applicable to the RMG sector.
Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
Stay at the factory until Closing twice a week to ensure all formalities are properly completed before closure.
Perform any other duties assigned by management or reporting authorities as and when required.
