• Skilled in checking daily absent, in/out missing or miss punch daily attendance report, leave information, monthly salary calculation through proximity software system.

• Knowledge of Labor law3.

• Skilled in checking full & final settlement for Termination, Dismissal, Maternity, Layoff, Annual Leave, and also bonus payment etc.

• The candidate shall be skilled in proximity software system i.e. KORMEE, Oracle, ZKC, Falkarm, JIBIKA in raw data.

• Hands on MS Office package.

• Check and guide factory payroll/salary as per legal compliance.

• Check daily absent, in/out missing or miss punch daily attendance report, leave information, monthly salary calculation through proximity software system.

• Check full & final settlement for Termination, Dismissal, Maternity Leave/Benefit, Layoff, Annual Leave, and also bonus payment etc.

• Ensure to work through KORMEE/ Oracle/ ZKC/ Falkarm/ JIBIKA in raw data.

• Prepare monthly factory follow up plan and coordinate for requirements.

• Collect, Monitor & implement CAP of the factories.

• Any other task assigned by the appropriate authority.
