∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, direct, run & optimize day to day operations of rice mill production/parboiling & dryer section/silo operation.
∎ Have the ability to run fully automated plc controlled plant.
∎ To observe the production process to run it properly and smoothly.
∎ Monitor technical & machinery problems & take appropriate corrective measures to solve the issues quickly.
∎ To carry out any work related to production & maintenance properly under the direction of the superior.
∎ Multi tasking ability and willing to do any given responsibility.
∎ Report keeping and SAP entry.
∎ Develop & maintain all SOPs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Very Good Communication
