Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate and observe the whole Packing operation of finished goods and by-product PC Control System
∎ keep a record of every vehicle number and DO number and create a job in the PC Contro System accordingly
∎ Maintain serial of both vehicle & boat.
∎ Maintain proper cleanliness of packing machine and premises
∎ Follow food safety rules (FSSC-22000).
∎ Maintain contact with the maintenance team for periodic and breakdown maintenance to ensure the packing machine
∎ Maintain FlFo of both finished goods and by-products as per control room decision
∎ Submit daily packing reports to the production department.
