Job Responsibilities:
∎ To control shift based manpower scheduling.
∎ Ensuring day-to-day production output, product quality and on-time shipment.
∎ Prepare manpower budget with monthly production plan & production capacity.
∎ To minimize production hours and production costs.
∎ Monitoring operations and triggering immediate corrective actions.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
