Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ PGD on HRM or Compliance will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh labour law and Company's policies.
∎ Ensure proper communication between Workers and Management and maintain harmonious relations.
∎ Collect the employee's grievances and solve the grievances on top most priority basis.
∎ Conduct awareness program on rules & regulations, policies & procedures, disciplines, safety, first aid and compliance related issues.
∎ Counsel the workers on company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline, absenteeism & turnover, disciplinary issues, safety, health & hygiene.
∎ Maintain corresponding Data Records, Log, Registers for different areas of counseling as up to date and submit report to the supervisor.
∎ Provide guidance on leave, incentives and any other legal benefits as applicable by law.
∎ Counsel workers to ensure health & safety related issues and motivate them to maintain hygiene in the workplace.
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
∎ Assist to arrange monthly meeting & training.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Good Communication & interpersonal skills, self-motivated
∎ Good Counseling capability
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law, Rule and amendment.
