• B.Sc. in FDT/AMT/KMT from a reputed university (BUTEX, BUFT, NIFT & SMUCT).

• Strong communication & presentation skills.

• Should be proactive & dynamic, ability to work efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive timeline for design development, buyer development & launch of each collection, ensuring efficient planning & execution.
• Maintain specifications & development of products with required quality standard as buyer & keep follow up on sample development to final completion stage of each sample.
• Organize & coordinate photo shoots for the completed products. Ensure that the product images captured during the photo shoot are of high quality & accurately represent the designs & prepare a PPT as per customer requirements when needed.
• Collaborate with the merchant team to source new yarns & accessories for upcoming collections by designer & buyers.
• Create design development critical path for collection of products & keep updated always the sample tracker files.
• Design studio organize during buyer visit & make PPT of selections styles for future record.
• Collaborate with designers & buyer to understand their concepts & ideas & help them to execute in proper way.
