• Knowledge of the agro-industry and its distribution challenges is preferred.

The Distribution Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient distribution and delivery of products from the factory to various locations. This role requires coordination with internal teams, logistics partners, and customers to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution and logistics, and a deep understanding of the agro-based industry.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the distribution of products from the Habiganj plant to various locations and local markets.

• Ensure that products are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, optimizing delivery routes and schedules. 

• Manage and track inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels for smooth distribution.

• Collaborate with sales teams and distributors to ensure proper demand forecasting and product allocation.

• Oversee and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers and transporters.

• Monitor the loading, unloading, and warehousing of products to ensure proper handling and storage conditions.

• Maintain accurate records of distribution activities, including delivery schedules, invoices, and inventory logs.

• Prepare regular reports for management on distribution performance, challenges, and opportunities.

• Identify and address any issues or delays in the distribution process, working to find solutions that minimize disruption to the supply chain.
