Job Responsibilities:
∎ Emphasize on Pre-production activities (Checking Breakdown, Layout & Manpower) as per monthly plan review to reduce Change over Time.
∎ Line Balancing through reducing Tact time with the aid of Time study & effective monitoring.
∎ Simplification of Processes with the help of Method study, Motion study & Production study.
∎ Monitor and suggest reduction ideas of SMV (Cost Management) by construction simplification related to seam and method without affecting the actual appearance of sample.
∎ During Line feeding maintaining proper workmanship to ensure buyer required or desired quality resulting in reduction of DHU.
∎ Non Productive Time Reduction
∎ Monitoring OPF strictly & Evaluate OPF Audit score.
∎ Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Documentation of all the activities in a Clear & Appropriate way.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ 6 (Six) days in a week.
∎ Work location would be at factory
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Smart in situation handling.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
∎ Job Location- Sardagonj, Kashimpur, Gazipur.
