• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Inspect raw materials, electrical parts (motors, switches, cords), metal parts, and packaging materials.

• Verify supplier quality certificates and ensure compliance with standards.

• Approve or reject incoming parts based on inspection.

• Monitor assembly line and production processes (pressing, painting, wiring, testing).

• Identify defects early to reduce rework and waste.

• Check finished products for performance, safety, durability, and packaging.

• Conduct functional testing: heating test for kettle, blending test for blender, pressure holding for pressure cooker, etc.

• Ensure all appliances meet electrical safety standards (voltage, insulation, earthing, leakage current).

• Record defect data, rejection rate, rework quantity.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid recurrence.

• Work with production & R&D to improve product design and manufacturability.

• To Take responsibility any others activities of directive from the management.
