(Age, education and experiences may be relaxed in case of potential candidates)
∎ Training/Trade Course: ERP management and Implemetation,G Suite,MS Office
∎ Skills Required: ERP Implementation, IT Support Service, IT System Management, knowledge in ERP

∎ At least 4 year(s)

ERP Implementation, ERP Systems, JavaScript, PHP Programming, Software Automation, Software Business Analysis

Job Context:
∎ Shatarupa Group, a growing textile reputable and highly regarded business conglomerate at Islampur (Old Dhaka) is currently searching for some passionate and proactive professionals for IT Department(ERP & Business Automation Wing).
∎ We seek for a leader as well as team player who can roll up sleeves and crank out with outstanding work capacity to manage our resources effectively and define a practical progressive roadmap to scale our business to higher levels and implement thereon.
∎ This is a fulltime performance based permanent job. Those who will get the opportunity to be part of Shatarupa family, will be able to join from the 1st of August 2023.
∎ It is important to have the mindset to work in Islampur (Old Dhaka) for at least 2 years.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update and manage ERP System - Order Management, Inventory, Production Management & ensure it provides the company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
∎ Generate sales, inventory, stock reports & keep an up-to-date document on inventory of all products & software system and Report to superior.
∎ Data entry on ERP, CRM, Business Application projects from existing sources.
∎ To Ensure the ERP systems are functioning properly and helping the business run smoothly.
∎ Provide core features with extensive customization coverage, ensuring high-end quality.
∎ Analyze, design and develop dynamic Web Page with database connectivity.
∎ Design as well as develop but also capable to work alone when required.
∎ Assisting Superior of IT Department with all aspects of software design and coding.
∎ Web Application Development (using Laravel and PHP) & brainstorming the conceptual design for new & existing projects. (will be preferred)
∎ Overcome critical technical challenges with supervision specifically with Laravel, MySQL, Ajax and PHP. (will be preferred)
∎ Strong problem solving with coding skills are essential and debugging the project codes and fixes the bugs. (will be preferred)
∎ Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in PHP, Laravel and other tools.
∎ Assist in implementing and executing data backup and recovery strategies, ensuring the availability and integrity of critical data.
∎ Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems and fix issues raised on testing.
∎ Support the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of company data and infrastructure.
∎ Analyze to improve on processes to make existing program more successful than the last and build a future-proof ERP system, enhance efficiency and improve quality.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capability to handle large volume of data both online and offline.
∎ Report writing and Presentation Skills.
∎ Have to take Challenge & be smart.
∎ Self-motivated & able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Strong analytical knowledge and Instant problem-solving ability.
∎ Good knowledge of ERP Production Management, Inventory and Order Management.
∎ ERP-based software development experience (Module: Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, POS, HR & Payroll) is a plus.
∎ Full-stack developer who has experience in building services using .NET Core for ERP Software Development will be given preference.
∎ It is important to have the mindset to work in Islampur (Old Dhaka) for at least 2 years.
∎ High level of computer literacy, knowledge of a range of PC based computer programs.
