∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Engineering
∎ Candidates with certifications or training in any special field will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems, UPS, printers, and networking hardware.
∎ Set up and manage CCTV, IP telephony, and LAN infrastructure (router/switch, cable management).
∎ Generate daily/weekly Excel reports (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot, etc.) and build Power BI dashboards.
∎ Manage website hosting, domain, and control panel (cPanel/WHM).
∎ Ensure regular system backups and support IT users with troubleshooting and documentation.
∎ Strong technical skills in hardware, networking, and IP-based systems.
∎ Experience in Excel-based MIS reporting (Power BI is a strong plus).
∎ Proactive, analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems independently.
∎ Experience in textile/spinning/dyeing industry preferred but not mandatory.
∎ What We’re Looking For :
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide day-to-day IT troubleshooting and hardware maintenance including desktop PCs, laptops, UPS systems, and peripheral devices.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, IP telephony systems, and all IP-based devices.
∎ Configure and maintain routers, switches, and ensure smooth network connectivity including LAN design, connector clipping, and cable management.
∎ Maintain and update company websites, including deployment, hosting, and cPanel/WHM management.
∎ Generate various sales and operational reports using Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP,PIVOT, IF, SUMIFS, etc.).
∎ Analyze and visualize data using Power BI for management reporting.
∎ Configure and troubleshoot network printers, scanners, and other shared devices across the network.
∎ Ensure data security and proper backup procedures for critical IT systems.
∎ Support staff with IT-related issues and provide training or documentation as needed.
