Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE,ECE,EEE,ETE
∎ Good Knowledge on LINUX environment.
∎ Good Knowledge on ITIL and certification will be added advantage.
∎ Strong knowledge on IP network and subnetting.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT System Management, Technical Sales/ IT Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guides and demonstrate visitors about overall technical activities and facilities of the Tier 4 standard data center.
∎ Support data center Engineering team in various technical documentation and record keeping.
∎ Manage IT inventory and spare parts.
∎ Conduct monthly meeting and reporting.
∎ Customer service delivery health check monitoring and report.
∎ Practicing ISO20K, ISO27K & ITIL Methodology in all sorts of activity.
∎ Coordinate with HQ for applying necessary patches and upgrades.
∎ Closely work with Network, network IT security team and service team to achieve business requirements.

∎ Strong communication skill both in English and Bengali as-well-as presentation skill is a must requirement.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to build credibility internally and with customers at a senior level.
∎ Capable of serving customers/stakeholders in a highly customer-oriented environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & flexibility to meet demanding deadlines essential.
∎ High analytical skills and problem solving capability.
∎ Flexible to work in any shift.
