Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Radio network planning with complete CDD (Cell Data Design) parameter set and Intra/ Inter technology neighbor design for rolling out 2G, 3G, and 4G network.
∎ Analyzing network coverage and quality based on coverage predictions, measurement report (MR) data and proposing effective recommendations for possible enhancement.
∎ Auditing existing plan and designing frequency plan in terms of BSIC, BCCH, TCH, PSC, PCI, and Logical RSI for newly planned 2G, 3G, and 4G sites respectively.
∎ Optimization of radio network KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction with respect to Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, and Integrity.
∎ Performing root cause analysis for any customer complaint and network failure issues.
∎ Reviewing and ensuring the quality delivery of SSV reports provided by the service providers.
∎ In-depth DT log data analysis and making proposal for physical or soft parameter optimization to overcome network problems.
∎ Monitoring and Analysis 2G, 3G & 4G transmission issue.
∎ KPI monitoring during cloud air-GUL trail.
∎ 4G Cluster optimization & Troubleshooting during drive test like CSFB, Fast Return, Low Throughput issue.
∎ Executed different types scripts at NodeB, BSC & RNC to different types of optimization.
∎ HSDPA/HSUPA throughput maximization through HS PDSCH code dimension, CE optimization, CPICH & Tx power optimization.
∎ Customer Complain & 4G worst cells analysis with recommendations.
∎ Diagnose all RF related problems such as interference, call failures, HO failures, TCH/SDCCH congestion, missing neighbor, Silent call, Noise Call.
