Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ BSC and BTS software upgrade.
∎ Cutover/Swap BSC and BTS in wireless Network.
∎ Data configuration for cutover/swap.
∎ Receive & Respond to Trouble Ticket from customer network & provide solution.
∎ Installation, Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of the BTS, BSC, PCU & CBC in customer network.
∎ BTS Data Configuration on BSC and NetNumen U31, 2nd level NM support during SWAP night.
∎ BTS Fault analyze, troubleshooting, team Management & network monitoring using NetNumen U310 as well as prepare reports according to total outage & network KPI.
∎ Installation, onsite installation supervision, commissioning, & PAT of new sites of BTS & Emerson power system.
∎ Maintaining the quality standard during implementation stages of Network Rollout.
∎ Providing training to build-up the new sub-contractor companies to grow up communicative capability with customer.
∎ Arrange technical documentation for newer Wireless equipment’s.
