Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing network health check for whole network as well as doing troubleshooting and regular monitoring traffic.
∎ Create MOP and handling RFC for network operation.
∎ Provide onsite support for different telecom company account.
∎ Helps team for implementation, expansion and optimizing network of different Telecom operators.
∎ Perform all logical operation related to IP network operation.
∎ Troubleshoot MPLS, BGP, ISIS, OSPF & any routing related issues.
∎ Find out existing vulnerability in the IP/MPLS network.
∎ Version upgrade & Patch update of Router, Switch, Firewall.
∎ Designing, Implementation, Expansion and optimizing the MPBN (MPLS Network) network of different Telecom operators and ISPs.
∎ Provide Technical solution to different Telecom operators and ISPs according to their need.
∎ Prepare LLD, HLD for new implementation as well as prepare and review MOP for different kinds of operations in the network.
∎ Provide first and second level support/solution to customer if there is any trouble in the network as well as in the devices.
∎ Responsible for their IPRAN network design, solution and execution.
∎ Planning for their service up gradation and different service expansion.
∎ Service Migration from old device(Router or Switch) to New installed device while it is required.
∎ IP Clock service integration with Backbone network.
∎ NE40E-X3, X8 and X16 router integration/service migration at different core site (MSC).
∎ Troubleshooting for different network problem.
∎ Device Version up gradation operation.
∎ Hardware replacement (SRU, SFU, LPU board) operation.
