Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provided all kinds of support for MW swap project(Card insert, new link, control card change for RTN ,traffic migration).
∎ Guide field team to do the installment for new link for MW swap project.
∎ Responsible for E2E route/link planning for 2G,3G,4G for customer network under MW planning & design Project.
∎ MW Transmission Plan for all kind of Operational Requirement including Optimization, debugging, upgradation of service and Hardware upgradation.
∎ Link Budget change and supporting Operational Requirement.
∎ Coordination with Customer in accordance to Technical specification and Hardware characteristics.
∎ Planning & Configuring the Ethernet over PDH (EoPDH) traffic and Ethernet over SDH (EoSDH) traffic over MW and optical transmission network.
∎ Manage Subcontractor’s, Installation teams and provide 2nd level maintenance for RTN900 & RTN600.
∎ Monitor and supervise the total TRX expansion process implementation.
∎ Prepare and analyze link budget using PATHLOSS and MapInfo software.
∎ Work with the team on most common, critical technical issues that arise during implementation before starting site works.
∎ Work with Project Manager to implement the Roll out plan and attend meeting to solve installation and engineering related issues.
∎ Train up the Local Vendor for Implementation as per Customer requirements.
∎ Prepare status report and present the current project status, issues, challenges and resolution in the customer meetings which includes the progress of transmission expansion etc.
∎ Perform PAT to handover site by site to the Customer.
∎ Responsible for faulty handling, faulty replacement, data configuration, software up gradation and log Management.
∎ Analyze faulty and outage report from network and give appropriate solution.
