∎ Proper monitoring of dosing, baking, packing to ensure good quality products.
∎ Check CIP of pros & cons of machine to avoid microbial load and ensure CIP
∎ Product safety environment ensure
∎ Monitor to avoid pilferage
∎ Monitor to avoid wastage at floor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant experience in Bakery industry is preferred
