∎ Look after and ensure the batch preparation based on the standard recipe.
∎ Ensure the process of mixing, depositing, baking, packing and delivery should be happened according to the standard.
∎ Ensure the ingredients quality as per specifications.
∎ Follow up the Food Safety Standard.
∎ Products retention and shelf life assessment.
∎ Generate daily shift wise process quality report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant experience in Bakery industry is preferred.
