Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop new Export market /Buyer with a given target within stipulated timeline
∎ To focus on Export Network Development, explore new export territories
∎ Identify and develop international business opportunities in Middle East Countries
∎ Organize, manage and process all types of jobs and documentation regarding export related activities
∎ Assist in developing and achieving an annual sales target for international markets
∎ Build and manage strategic relationships with a range of Distributors, Channel partner, Buyer, Importer and End customers
∎ Develop sales & marketing plans and execute campaigns for diverse stakeholders
∎ Initiate, develop and execute marketing strategies to grow foreign market
∎ Coordinate the planning and execution of international fair and workshops independently and attend international trade fairs
∎ Make liaise with regulatory and operations departments to better coordinate product life cycle management in international markets
∎ Take responsibility and track exports forecasts, shipments and trends
∎ Responsible for proper & submit monthly, quarterly and annual report to the management for necessary action
∎ Collect order from buyers and make strategy to boost up sales in foreign countries
∎ Prepare pre & post shipment documents, complete all export related documentation and make sure continuous follow-up of the shipment
∎ Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements
∎ Ensure compliance to all export objectives and design sales strategies according to customer requirement
∎ Collaborate with representative of the country and maintain professional relationships with all agents and clients and assist in shipment products.
∎ Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and payments
∎ Collect, analyze export market information (e.g., growing customers need, competitor's activities, market trends) and generate idea for new product development, promotion and export.
∎ Achieve Export target, ensure and being responsible for timely and duly payments of export proceeds as per Sales contract
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant should have own buyer database
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
∎ Honesty, sincerity, foresightedness and hardworking is must for the position.
∎ Excellent people management skill
∎ Good presentation skill.
∎ Must have the ability to communicate in English.
