Responsibilities & Context:

HR Role:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
  • Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain HR records and manage the HR information system (HRIS) for accurate data tracking.
  • Maintain HR processes and initiatives in Recruitment, Training and development, Performance Management, and Compensation and benefits.

MIS Role:

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Marketing Information System (MIS).
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance metrics to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain databases for market intelligence and customer insights.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure the MIS aligns with their needs and supports their campaigns.
  • Train marketing staff on the effective use of the MIS and data interpretation.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of marketing data within the MIS.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the MIS relevant and effective.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide insights for improvement.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
