Responsibilities & Context: HR Role:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain HR records and manage the HR information system (HRIS) for accurate data tracking.
- Maintain HR processes and initiatives in Recruitment, Training and development, Performance Management, and Compensation and benefits.
MIS Role:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Marketing Information System (MIS).
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance metrics to senior management.
- Develop and maintain databases for market intelligence and customer insights.
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure the MIS aligns with their needs and supports their campaigns.
- Train marketing staff on the effective use of the MIS and data interpretation.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of marketing data within the MIS.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the MIS relevant and effective.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide insights for improvement.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
