• Develop and implement export strategies to meet company goals.

• Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and trends.

• Analyze competitor products, pricing, and strategies in international markets.

• Collaborate with management to set sales targets and objectives for export markets.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.

• Stay updated on changes in trade policies and tariffs affecting export operations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

• Prepare and present proposals and quotations to potential clients.

• Coordinate logistics for the export process, including shipping, customs clearance, and delivery.

• Work closely with freight forwarders and shipping companies to optimize shipping routes and costs.

• Monitor budgets and manage costs associated with export operations.

• Ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments from international clients.

• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.

• Prepare regular reports on export performance, market trends, and opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, and logistics) to support export activities.

• Train and support junior staff on export procedures and best practices.

• Identify potential risks in the export process and develop mitigation strategies.

• Monitor geopolitical and economic factors that may impact international trade.
