Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Costing, Direct buyer handling, Sourcing Raw materials
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learning while working with Senior Merchandisers.
∎ Assisting Senior Merchandisers with their day to day work.
∎ Close coordination with technicians to follow up on garment construction changes and to get relevant pre-production samples approved.
∎ Order placement, pre-production sampling and production follow up and monitoring.
∎ Coordination with buyer or factory if any clarification is required during production.
∎ Coordinating with QA team for initial/mid and final inspection of shipment.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Buyers and obviously meet the time line.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of costing, Sourcing, and negotiation
∎ Responsible for proper communication with simultaneously Fabrics Unit and Buyers.
∎ Work with internal & external departments to ensure production, quality & timely delivery.
∎ Must have knowledge about fabric types, consumption, & order follow-up.
∎ Good communication skill with team members & Suppliers dealing, ability to work under pressure, good time management & good inter personal relationship.
