Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual eager to build a career in Human Resources. This internship is designed for final-year students who have completed all academic courses except internship, offering hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation, with practical exposure to real workplace practices.
Assist in recruitment activities.
Support in onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
Help maintain and update HR databases and personnel files.
Provide assistance in HR reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
Contribute to organizing employee engagement and training programs.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Department.
