Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Support on boarding and off boarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Help organize company events and employee engagement activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to ongoing HR projects.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
