Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Call candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
∎ Collect required documents from new hires and support the on-boarding process.
∎ Maintain and update records of upcoming joiners while tracking their on-boarding status.
∎ Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement programs and HR events.
∎ Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team for daily operations.
∎ Assist in performance and rewards initiatives, including data management and documentation.
