Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
∎ Support on-boarding by collecting documents and tracking new joiners.
∎ Maintain recruitment and employee data in trackers and HRIS.
∎ Help coordinate performance appraisal documentation and data entry.
∎ Assist in compiling data for salary reviews and internal reward programs.
∎ Support employee engagement events and training sessions.
∎ Ensure proper filing of employee records and compliance documents.
∎ Perform day-to-day HR administrative and operational tasks.
