Job Context:
Kazi Farms is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Training & Development, Performance Management. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain practical skills essential for building a successful career in Human Resources.
Duration: 3 months.
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
- Support on-boarding by collecting documents and tracking new joiners.
- Maintain recruitment and employee data in trackers and HRIS.
- Help coordinate performance appraisal documentation and data entry.
- Assist in compiling data for salary reviews and internal reward programs.
- Support employee engagement events and training sessions.
- Ensure proper filing of employee records and compliance documents.
- Perform day-to-day HR administrative and operational tasks.
