Responsibilities & Context:
1️⃣ Client & Design Work
Client briefing নিয়ে layout planning & space zoning
Concept design, mood board & theme development
2D & 3D interior drawings (floor plan, elevation, 3D views)
Client presentation & design explanation
2️⃣ Technical & Working Drawings
Detailed working drawings for carpentry, kitchen, wardrobe, TV unit, ceiling
Electrical, plumbing & lighting layout coordination
Material specification (board, laminate, hardware, fittings, paint)
3️⃣ Site & Execution Support
Site visit & measurement verification
Contractor & production team briefing
Design implementation checking (site supervision)
Issue solving between design vs site reality
4️⃣ Coordination & Reporting
Work with sales, project manager & production team
Revise drawings based on client feedback
Ensure design matches Cube Studio quality standard
Soft Skills
Client handling ability
