Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences.
∎ Create design concepts and mood boards.
∎ Develop detailed plans and 3D models.
∎ Select and specify furnishings, fabrics, lighting, and materials.
∎ Coordinate with contractors and other professionals.
∎ Oversee project timelines and budgets.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.Source and purchase materials and furnishings.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
∎ Present design proposals to clients.
∎ Manage and resolve issues that arise during the project.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.
∎ Innovative thinking to develop unique design solutions.
∎ Meticulous in design execution and quality control.
∎ If needed have to come in front of camera to brief the project and make awareness
