Responsibilities & Context:
Produce 2D and 3D drawings for architecture and interior design.
Develop complete design packages: concept, plan, elevation, section & detailed working drawings.
Deliver high-quality interior and exterior renderings with accurate lighting, texture & realism.
Prepare presentation drawings, illustrations, and walkthroughs using industry-standard tools.
Conduct weekly site visits to ensure alignment between design and execution.
Handle design approvals, submission drawings, and cross-departmental coordination.
Assist in project feasibility, material costing & deadline-oriented planning.
