∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Produce 2D and 3D drawings for architecture and interior design.
∎ Develop complete design packages: concept, plan, elevation, section & detailed working drawings.
∎ Deliver high-quality interior and exterior renderings with accurate lighting, texture & realism.
∎ Prepare presentation drawings, illustrations, and walkthroughs using industry-standard tools.
∎ Conduct weekly site visits to ensure alignment between design and execution.
∎ Handle design approvals, submission drawings, and cross-departmental coordination.
∎ Assist in project feasibility, material costing & deadline-oriented planning.
