Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make production planning, scheduling for respective production floor on time & monitoring;
∎ Production progress and achievement on time;
∎ Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
∎ To capable Maximum utilization of machinery
∎ Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
∎ Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
∎ Monitoring of delivery of finished products;
∎ Consistent monitoring of raw materials stock to avoid low or over inventory;
∎ Monitor quality standards of products Direct management and supervision of installing, retesting, operations and maintenance activities of machinery;
∎ Set and manage production budgets
∎ Estimate production costs Prepare and maintain production reports Scheduling delivery vehicle in timely manner;
∎ Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
∎ Other administrative work for smooth production.
∎ To operate All type of Injection molding Machine & set Product wise Process Parameter.

∎ Age 26 to 38 years
