∎ Experienced QA for US market who’s familiar with Costco/WM or Target.
∎ Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Quality /technical background.
∎ Applicant should have good knowledge on metal & Plastic item .
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inspect incoming samples to ensure they meet quality standards.
∎ Perform thorough quality control checks at various stages of the production process.
∎ Identify and report any defects or deviations from product specifications.
∎ Work collaboratively with designers and production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
∎ Communicate quality issues and findings to appropriate stakeholders.
∎ Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and records.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
∎ Participate in product testing and evaluation to assess performance and durability.
∎ Responsibilities & Context
∎ We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plastic & metal Quality Assurance / Quality Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Plastic & metal products meet the highest standards and specifications. This role will involve working closely with merchandisers, production teams, and suppliers to establish and implement quality processes complying with our customers required standards or higher, throughout the production lifecycle.
