∎ Diploma in Electrical, Diploma in Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Prepare and maintain production plan & Acheived monthly production target.
∎ To Manage and leads all the activites of plastic Section
∎ Manage the development and implementation of an effective safety program convering peoples, produtcs and minimize ang risk staff and management.
∎ Injection molding, Blow molding, Plastic cap production and maintenance ralated works.
∎ To Prepare and check production related all documents.
∎ To supervise and monitoring production floor.
∎ To prepare and maintain schedule maintenance & Coordinates Breakdown & Predective maintenances.
∎ Develop and Implement preventive and condition based maintenance program.
∎ CLIT,Breakdown maintenance,planned maintenance, of all injection machine.
∎ Train and develop operators for efficient and effective operation of molding Section.
∎ Investigate and troubleshoot of process plant.
∎ Inventory control level,Demand and supply chain FG,SFG, WIP and consumption report.
∎ Perform job time analysis, Implement and efficient manpower planning and handling.
∎ Assist projects team implement new projects.
∎ ISO,standard operating procedure ( SOP),Good manufacturing practise (GMP),Compliance and Food safety related Works.
∎ KPI based production acheived and non acheived plan clarify.
∎ Implementation of 5S, Kaizen,4m Analysis, 5 W1H,Why why analysis and apply new technique /IE Tools in production floor.
∎ Prepare and maintain all records of Autonomous maintenance,Planned maintenance, Schedule maintenance and CLIT Check sheet.

∎ Age 26 to 32 years
