Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in HRM from a reputed University/Institute
∎ PGD in HRM will be added an advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a large reputed organization (of at least 500 employees)
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior/leadership role (i.e. HR Manager or above)
∎ Well conversant with legal & regulatory aspects, knowledgeable on Labor law and practices.
∎ Proven ability to formulate HR policies and procedure
∎ Result oriented
∎ Effective leadership
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written)
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point) and experience of using HR tools (i.e. HRIS)
