Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.sc in textile engineering/Graduate

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge to prepare operation breakdown and line layout.
∎ Manpower balancing as per layout.
∎ Regular scheduled manpower training and reporting.
∎ Monthly process improvement and reporting.
∎ Line bottleneck process follow-up and improvement report.
∎ Process implement and cost reduce.
∎ Style & critical process analysis.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.
∎ Follow-up lead and junior IE executive.
∎ Monthly factory machine inventory and reporting.
∎ Monthly machine required report as per loading plan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Incumbents must have experience in Woven RMG (Products: Jacket, Pants & Trouser).
∎ Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (Sewing, Finishing, Cutting).
∎ Must be proficient in English writing, reading & speaking.
∎ Up to date knowledge on related equipment/machineries.
∎ Leading people, Planning & Organizing, Adaptability.

Salary:
∎ Salary commensurate with experience & negotiation.
