Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Received the Fabrics/ Rib and others items from the Store as per Consumption.
∎ Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation.
∎ Cross Check the QC report with the physical receiving.
∎ Make the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan.
∎ Make the line plan based on the sewing plan.
∎ Ensure to keep stand by the input for next day.
∎ Based on the cutting plan to ensure the MRN of the shell fabric and trims fabric.
∎ Make effective cutting plan and 100% achievement of cut-to ship.
∎ Should have effective controls to eliminate fabric wastage.
∎ Any other works as & when required by the management always communicate with the production team to meet on time delivery.
∎ To ensure the garments product safety.
∎ Continuous communication with the merchant regarding the system allocation, YY approval or any other cutting related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical knowledge in cutting and quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Cutting/ Fabrics
∎ Knowledge in Cad will be preferable.
∎ Material handling systems and production systems, line balancing techniques, the different types of fabric, dying, printing, embellishments and finishing techniques and handling methods.
Salary:
∎ Salary commensurate with experience & negotiation.
