Must have work experience on woven based garments.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conducting method research and educating operators on the best practices.
Time study, capacity study and follow-up study of the running style & setting up line target and help to achieve.
Line balancing and increase Line efficiency, Skill matrix for each worker per month.
List out low efficiency operator and monitor to improve their efficiency.
Assisting supervisors with line balance at periods of excessive operator absence.
Finalized SMV & Operation bulletin of every styles (All Buyer).
Accurately measuring factory output, effectiveness of changeovers, capacity study, time & motion study, machine failure, etc.
Conduct new operator competence assessments, maintain floor discipline, pinpoint training needs, and oversee the caliber of their work and professional advancement.
Adopt industrial engineering practices anywhere you can to maximize efficiency, assure optimal resource usage.
Work with HR to coordinate skill assessments during hiring, and oversee the Production Operator Skill Assessment Program.
