Must have work experience on woven based garments.

• Conducting method research and educating operators on the best practices.

• Time study, capacity study and follow-up study of the running style & setting up line target and help to achieve.

• Line balancing and increase Line efficiency, Skill matrix for each worker per month.

• List out low efficiency operator and monitor to improve their efficiency.

• Assisting supervisors with line balance at periods of excessive operator absence.

• Finalized SMV & Operation bulletin of every styles (All Buyer).

• Accurately measuring factory output, effectiveness of changeovers, capacity study, time & motion study, machine failure, etc.

• Conduct new operator competence assessments, maintain floor discipline, pinpoint training needs, and oversee the caliber of their work and professional advancement.

• Adopt industrial engineering practices anywhere you can to maximize efficiency, assure optimal resource usage.

• Work with HR to coordinate skill assessments during hiring, and oversee the Production Operator Skill Assessment Program.
