∎ Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve the performance of finishing equipment and machinery.

∎ Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline finishing processes and reduce waste.
∎ Provide training and guidance to production staff on best practices for efficient finishing operations.
∎ Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finishing processes and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and prioritize finishing tasks to meet customer deadlines.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in finishing techniques and equipment and recommend innovations to improve efficiency and quality.
