Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ MBA/PGDHRM/Bachelor degree in Human Resources.
∎ Skills Required: Computer Proficiency, Excellent communication, HR Operations, Labour Law, Recruitment & Selection

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HRIS/ HR Database Management

Job Context:
∎ Contract duration: Until 31st December 2021 (with possibility of extension)
∎ Starting date: As soon as possible
∎ Contract type: Fixed term
∎ This position will ensure full-cycle of recruitment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, onboard and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reception of the validated RRF and transmission to Dhaka.
∎ Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
∎ Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
∎ Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
∎ Conduct HR interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
∎ Arranges technical test.
∎ Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
∎ Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices strictly following mission policies.
∎ Insure proper documenting of each recruitments and archive.
∎ Promote ACF's reputation as "best place to work".
∎ Ensure reference checking is done properly.
∎ Send a new joining mail to all bases.
∎ Give the HR briefing to new staff and prepare orientation/briefing schedule with other departments as appropriate for all new staff.
∎ Ensure to receive complete personal data / documents / information to create the file of new incoming staff
∎ Ensure a rigorous and complete archiving and follow-up of the personal data information in the files for on-going staff
∎ Make sure to communicate with Dhaka each accurate information regarding HR staff/payroll database update
∎ Responsible to provide Dhaka with the needed documents regarding the staff contract data (personal, contact and contract information) for a proper up-to-date HR Payroll database
∎ Prepare all necessary recruitment & joining documents as per the organization policy;
∎ New contract: make sure contract is signed, job description and ACF Charter have been given + reception of the required HR documents/information (responsible of the "checklist").
∎ Ensure all recruitment files are complete with necessary follow up.
∎ Ensure all recruitment files and personal files are maintained/archived in an organized manner;
∎ Actively involved in Recruitment related Audit tasks throughout the year.
∎ Follow-up of the probationary periods of staffs.
∎ Prepare official HR letters (new, extension, end, amendment, job descriptions, work certificate, etc.) and ensure signature and filing.

∎ Strong decision-making skills.
∎ Ability to handle confidential information
∎ Ability to maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders within a mission environment;
∎ An excellent network among human resource professionals and related services industries; training, mentoring, counselling etc.;
∎ Strong writing and record keeping ability for interview summary, description of candidates, description of a vacancy and requirement, reports.
∎ Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
∎ Competent female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Salary: Tk. 55000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1-month basic salary twice per year.
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary.
∎ Performance Bonus: Depending on performance.
