Education:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Statistics, Archive Management, Accountancy, Finance, Humanities, Social Sciences or a similar subject

• Age At least 18 years

• Previously completed internship or similar working work experience with MEALTeam will be an added advantage.

Objective 1: Assisting on report writing/data collection of all MEAL related activities of Mission and Base level

• Communication and coordination with project beneficiary and stakeholder;

• Assist the HOD MEAL/consultant for organizing the gender training;

• Assist in Organizing MEAL workshop;

• Ensure the high quality and the accuracy of data collection (using hard and software tools);

• Assist MEAL team in collecting data for case story/success story;

• Handle data translation, data entry and data compilation tasks as assigned by the supervisor;

• Support the routine data collection to be used for monitor project implementation;

• Perform document reviews and data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness for the ongoing project as assigned by the line supervisor;

• Organize other training sessions under the MEAL department;

• Report Writing for different MEAL related monitoring visit and or sessions

• Conduct field visit as required and prepare/share field visit report to the line manager;

• Photocopy, scan and translate the FGD/KII/IDI documents when required;

• Getting familiar with MEAL in an international organization;

• Work collaboratively with other departments as per guidance of his/her supervisor

• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or delegated authority

• Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity

• Understand the basics tenants of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies.
