Job Context:
∎ Under the supervision of the HR Coordinator, the Human Resources (HR) Officer will guides and manages the provision of Human Resources services. S/he serves as a strategic partner, aligning RI objectives.
∎ In collaboration with the HR Coordinator, he or she will manages efficient staff recruitment, contracts management, orientation, learning and development, performance management, code of conduct compliance, employee engagement, positive organizational culture, Training and development and staff care.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop L& D plan in consultation with programs, TNA, assessing goal setting form, facilitate and run different training initiatives by searching appropriate facilitators.
∎ Initiate different employee engagement activities, suggest different initiatives, and take different engagement.
∎ Able to prepare training material.
∎ Keeping systematic records of all training modules, attendance, reports, training. Results, evaluation, logistics, expenditure; meeting minutes etc. of Training programs.
∎ Learning and Development initiatives for staff capacity building and encouraging learning.
∎ Lead incidents management process, receive incidents, file those issue and provide necessary report to management and guide staff in consultation with the HR coordinator and relevant authorities.
∎ Ensure all incidents/complaints/allegations are recorded properly according to the office standard.
∎ To ensure staff wellness. Provide advice on a wide range of employee relations issues.
∎ Ensure proper training & on boarding management for RI, Bangladesh both national and international positions.
∎ Ensure national recruitment for the RI, Bangladesh Program as assigned time to time that includes pro-active sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations & contract Management. He/she has to ensure all work will be accomplished in a spirit of partnership and collaboration with the hiring manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
∎ Good experience in recruitment & training management
∎ Advance skills in MS Excel & MS Office.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude
∎ Good English communications skills both verbal and written.
∎ INGO experience is strongly preferred.
∎ A team builder with excellent people skills; culturally sensitive and has the ability and interest to identify and work with a multicultural team.
Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh.

∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one basic salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly basic salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary.
