Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced person to support North End`s Human Resources Unit in the role of Human Resources Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for various functions such as recruitment & selection, performance management, policy formulation, employee engagement, learning & development, and general administrative functions of human resources.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain personnel records, manage HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and update internal databases
∎ Monitor and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance, overtime and late reports (as applicable)
∎ Lead recruitment and selection processes by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing relevant documents and organizing and supporting interview procedures as required
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on staff recruitment & selection
∎ Maintain close communication with staff for payroll related queries
∎ Support performance management processes of the company
∎ Develop, update, and recommend human resource policies and procedures
∎ Handle employee queries
Additional Requirements:
∎ Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
∎ Thorough knowledge on labor law & compliance issues
∎ Experienced in using any HR software is desirable but not mandatory
∎ Good communication (verbal and written) skill in both Bangla and English
Salary:
∎ Tk. 22750 - 36750 (Monthly)
∎ This post falls within North End`s salary grade B (BDT 22,750 - BDT 36,750) commensurate with experience and skills.
