Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor's Degree in HR
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for a full spectrum of compensation and benefit including but not limited to payroll and taxation for local and expatriate staff
∎ Administer the employee benefit programs including life, medical, travel insurance and work out the proposal for renewal of insurance program
∎ Assist in annual merit increase and bonus exercise
∎ Prepare data for yearly compensation and benefit survey and study market trend for yearly salary review
∎ Manage the HR information system, e-leave system as well as different HR reports including budgeting and forecasting
∎ Handle interview and selection process independently for non-managerial positions
∎ Support other HR duties such as training & development, performance management, employee relations and communication programs and work permit application/ renewal for expats. Etc
∎ Assist in ad-hoc HR projects/ initiatives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years relevant experience
∎ Excellent knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law, regulation, policies and benefit systems
∎ Good command of spoken and written English
∎ Proficient computer skills on advance excel, data analysis,
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Able to work independently in collaborative environment (Asia team)
Salary: Negotiable
