Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide clarifications to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and practices
∎ Ensure proper onboarding of new joiners through a proper induction program
∎ Manage reporting and tracking of employee terminations and updating of records. Work closely with HOD's to understand reasons for attrition
∎ Providing day-to-day support to the departments on specific queries e.g. leave, attendance, salary etc.
∎ Ensure timely implementation of key HR processes e.g. salary, performance appraisals, training, employee events etc.
∎ Provide regular communication (internally approved) to employees on matters related to the RSC
∎ Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for any employee-related matters around discipline, grievances, compensation, or their well-being
∎ Support the Head HR in creation of employee engagement and well-being-related practices and programs
∎ Design and execute specific rewards and recognition programs that boost employee morale and motivation
∎ Calendarize the employee engagement programs and ensure timely execution of all activities
∎ Seek feedback on aspects of employee engagement and overall employee experience that need strengthening
∎ Engage with external parties as required for specific interventions to boost employee engagement
∎ Ensure timely execution of recruitment process as per defined SOP's, using appropriate channels defined (e.g. job portals, placement consultants)
∎ Coordinate with the necessary internal stakeholders to shortlist and interview candidates (aligned with org chart and sanctioned roles)
∎ Ensure timely closure of the position with approval of necessary stakeholder
∎ Ensure awareness of compensation and benefits structure as applicable to all employees
∎ Address specific queries related to the compensation and benefits as and when they arise
∎ Ensure effective administration of monthly salary as well as annual increments
∎ Ensure fair and transparent process for handling of all grievances of employees
∎ Align key stakeholders as necessary on specific actions to be taken
∎ Create and maintain dashboard related to all employee related initiatives, programs, grievances and action taken
∎ Discuss with HR Head and MD on a monthly basis and also with HOD's as necessary to keep them informed
∎ Ensure all HR compliances from an employee and statutory perspective are completed and records are maintained/ updated regularly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of having worked for/ or have professional services firm (PSF) experience
∎ At least 8-10 years of demonstrated, progressive experience in generalist HR role
∎ Ability to work with minimum error
∎ Ability to work with cool temperament
∎ Proficiency with Digital Tools
∎ Cross-Cultural Competence
∎ Effective in Addressing Change and Transformation
