Education:
    • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resource Management
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    • Master of Commerce (MCom)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Certified KPI Specialist.

Experience:

  • Over 2–5 years of progressive experience in designing and executing Training & Development and Performance Management Systems with measurable impact.

  • Proven ability to design training content, facilitate sessions, and manage LMS platforms.

  • Experience in KPI development using balanced scorecard, performance calibration, and appraisal systems.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Power BI, data analytics tools, and PowerPoint; familiarity with HRIS or PMS software

Technical Skills:

  • Mathematical and financial skills.

  • Advanced Knowledge in Excel, Power Bi, and other data analytics tools

Responsibilities & Context:

Band & Grade: 7 (B)

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Design and rollout of KPI-based PMS frameworks, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals.

  • Implement Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology within the Performance Management System (PMS), aligning KPIs across financial, customer, internal process, and learning & growth dimensions to drive strategic performance and business outcomes.

  • Facilitate SMART goal-setting workshops, mid-year reviews, and structured annual appraisal processes to promote accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure timely completion and accuracy of performance evaluations through system monitoring and follow-ups.

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, recognize high-potential talent, and prepare actionable and insightful reports for leadership decision-making.

  • Provide training and support to employees and managers on PMS tools, feedback techniques, and performance coaching.

Training & Organizational Development

  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using structured surveys, interviews, performance data, and direct feedback from Heads of Departments (HoDs) to identify skill gaps and development priorities.

  • Design and develop tailored training modules across technical, soft skills, and leadership development, aligned with organizational goals and workforce capability needs.

  • Deliver and facilitate interactive outcome-driven training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions across all levels of the organization, ensuring relevance and practical application.

  • Implement post-training evaluation mechanisms to assess learning effectiveness, behavioral change, and return on investment (ROI).

  • Maintain and update training dashboards, attendance logs, feedback analytics, and individual learning records for data-driven decision-making.

  • Liaise with accredited external training providers, certification bodies, and academic institutions to source and integrate specialized programs that enhance organizational capability.

  • Develop, implement and maintain effective various policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

  • Ensure employee compliance with RSC policies and national labor regulations, safeguarding both employee rights and organizational interests.

General HR Support:

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives including recognition programs, wellness activities, and career development events, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and employee motivation strategies.

  • Support succession planning, leadership development, and competency mapping projects by applying structured frameworks and data-driven insights to build future-ready talent pipelines.

  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on organizational development (OD) strategies and change management efforts.
