Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
PGD in HRM will be preferred

Requirements:

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure smooth execution of daily HR operations in assigned business units.

  • Monitor attendance, leave, discipline, overtime, and employee
    movement.

  • Maintain proper HR documentation and employee database. Ensure with company policy, labor law, and organizational procedures.

  • Identify manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment activities.

  • Provide HR solutions based on operational requirements. Support organizational restructuring and manpower
    optimization initiatives.

  • Monitor employee performance and departmental KPIs. Coordinate performance evaluation, appraisal, and confirmation processes.

  • Support implementation of productivity improvement initiatives. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and counseling activities.

  • Conduct employee engagement and motivation program Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, turnover reports, and management summaries. Analyze HR data and recommend corrective actions
