Job Context:
∎ The purpose of this position is to
∎ Ensure effective national recruitment.
∎ Ensure on time and accurate Employee Contract management, and provide necessary support in this relevance.
∎ Ensure proper Database & HR Strategic Report management for RI, Bangladesh both national and international positions.
∎ Reporting to: Human Resources Officer
∎ Department: Human Resources
∎ Expected Start Date: ASAP
∎ Contract length: Up to December 31, 2020.
∎ Duty Station: Cox`s Bazar

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the program about JD development, update the JD, store it for present in demand, share this with employees, provide answer for necessary query in this regards.
∎ Ensure national recruitment for the RI, Bangladesh Program as assigned time to time that includes pro-active sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations & contract Management. He/she has to ensure all work will be accomplished in a spirit of partnership and collaboration with the hiring manager.
∎ Ensure proper compliance in recruitment and selection process and provide necessary feedback to the team and inform HR coordinator about that suggest corrective actions.
∎ Ensure proper documentation are followed in recruitment process, take necessary approval, share the advertisement, track the recruitment, inform update the relevant, work closely with program to develop the JD.
∎ Update on boarding tracker and reporting and provide necessary feedback to management.
∎ Ensure RI recruitment compliance, procedures and policies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good experience in recruitment management ,file management and onboarding process.
∎ Good understanding on Recruitment & Selection.
∎ Advance skills in MS Excel & MS Office.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude
∎ Familiar with HR software, data processing.
∎ Good English communications skills both verbal and written.

Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one basic salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly basic salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary.
