Job Context:
∎ The purpose of this position is to
∎ Ensure effective and productive office environment at Hospital.
∎ Ensure accurate time sheet, leave and attendance management and provide necessary support/report to prepare payroll.
∎ Ensure proper HR related information delivered against queries.
∎ Reporting to: Human Resources Officer
∎ Department: Human Resources
∎ Expected Start Date: ASAP
∎ Contract length: Up to December 31, 2020.
∎ Duty Station: Ukhiya ( COVID-19 Hospital Based) Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leave Management of all Hospital based staff.
∎ Maintain Time Sheet of all Hospital based staff.
∎ Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions.
∎ Maintain separation/exist process of Hospital based staff and provide information to Cox's bazar Office.
∎ Work as key focal person of all HR related queries at Ukhiya ( COVID-19 Hospital).
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Respond to employee related queries and provide services to all HR related inquiries and requests.
∎ Ensure national recruitments for the RI, Bangladesh Program as assigned time to time that includes pro-active sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations & contract Management. He/she has to ensure all work will be accomplished in a spirit of partnership and collaboration with the hiring manager.
∎ Any other special assignment assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Good experience in leave and attendance management.
∎ Good understanding on office Management.
∎ Advance skills in MS Excel & MS Office.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude
∎ Familiar with data processing and recruitment process.
∎ Good English communications skills both verbal and written.
∎ Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one basic salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly basic salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary.
